On your iPhone, open the Settings app. Tap General, then scroll down to VPN & Device Management. Tap VPN, then tap Add VPN Configuration at the top of the screen.

Tap the Type field and select IKEv2. Fill in the fields using the details from your welcome email: Description (e.g. Clear View VPN), Server (your assigned server address), Remote ID (same as server address). Leave Local ID blank.

Scroll down to the Authentication section. Set Authentication to Username. Enter your username and password exactly as shown in your welcome email — these are case-sensitive. Tap Done in the top right corner.

Back on the VPN screen, toggle the Status switch to ON. The VPN icon will appear in your iPhone status bar confirming your connection is encrypted. From now on you can turn the VPN on and off from Settings → VPN or the Control Centre.

Your username or password was entered incorrectly. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → VPN, tap the info icon next to your VPN, and re-enter your credentials exactly as shown in your welcome email. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
The server address may have been entered incorrectly. Check your welcome email and ensure the Server field in your VPN configuration matches exactly — including any dots or subdomain parts. Also confirm your internet is working without the VPN active.
Check your spam and junk folders. Search for emails from [email protected]. If not found within 10 minutes of purchase, email our support team and we'll resend your credentials immediately.
IKEv2 is designed to reconnect automatically when switching between Wi-Fi and cellular. If you're dropping frequently on a single network, try changing to a different server address — your welcome email may list multiple options. Also check that iOS Low Power Mode is off, as it can restrict background network activity.
The VPN has disconnected. Go to Settings and toggle your VPN back on. To reconnect automatically, you can enable 'Connect On Demand' in your VPN configuration settings (tap the info icon next to your VPN profile).
Your speed depends on the server you're connecting to. If you're in the UK, connect to the UK server for the best performance. Connecting to servers in distant countries (e.g., US servers from the UK) will add latency. Your welcome email should list all available server addresses.
