1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clear View VPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of clearviewvpn.com and the Clear View VPN applications.

2. Description of Service

Clear View VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through secure servers worldwide. The Service includes access to our VPN applications for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, as well as customer support.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription & Payment

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with Monthly, Quarterly, and 18-Month plans
• All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other systems or networks
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Device Limits

Each subscription allows simultaneous connections on up to 5 devices. We reserve the right to enforce this limit and may suspend accounts that exceed it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with Clear View VPN are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear View VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear View VPN, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
